Building Awareness & Inclusivity with Bega

04 Apr 2025

As part of Autism Awareness Month, our Head of Early Intervention, Claire Birrell, had the opportunity to present to the team at Bega Group on Tuesday. Claire spoke about autism, the work we do at L4Life, and how inclusivity can be fostered in the workplace.

"Bega Group’s dedication to diversity and inclusion is evident in the meaningful opportunities created by their Diversity and Inclusion team. Their commitment to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace benefits not only autistic and neurodivergent employees but also parents and carers of autistic children—helping them navigate both the joys and challenges of their role. I hope the presentation provided valuable insights, and I’m grateful to have contributed to Bega Group’s ongoing commitment to inclusion," says Claire.

We appreciate Bega Group’s commitment to increasing awareness and creating a more inclusive environment. A huge thank you to their team for inviting us to be part of this important conversation.

"We were so lucky to have an expert like Claire provide an honest, clear and compassionate presentation, empowering our team with a clear set of actions to make a difference for those with autism in the workplace.  Her presentation has helped our team view the world differently and shared ways we can be more inclusive, which is exactly the mission of our Diversity and Inclusion team.  Thank you so much.”  Nikki Feld, Diversity & Inclusion team member
