On International Womens’ Day, Learning for Life embraces equity in the workforce, in our Village and in the wider community. It is one of our core values.
We fully embrace that equal opportunities are not enough – that true inclusion requires equitable action. Each person has different circumstances and experiences, which means resources and opportunities need to be provided based on these differences to ensure an equal outcome.
In the Learning for Life Village, equity looks like:

- Fair Access support for families who may not otherwise be able to access our services
- Individualised career development plans for our staff, who feel confident and empowered to build the skills they need to continue to live a fulfilled work life and provide top-level support to our families and clients.

- A continual process of evaluation and review to ensure our programs and workplace continue to evolve and remain inclusive.
